Design Air Heating & Air Conditioning

So as you can tell, we are getting some winter! Please check your furnace filter and if you have a digital thermostat with batteries, it might be a good time replace them. We have had many calls due to these simple issues. Stay warm!

We really have an awesome city to be proud of!

Here is an example of a furnace heat exchanger that could not be left in service. It was just over 20 years old. They don't get much worse than this. Now this customer can sleep easy. She has a shiny new York furnace with a 10 year parts and labor warranty and lifetime heat exchanger warranty keeping her comfortable for many years to come.

If your furnace can't move air, you're going to have a bad time. Please change your filter.

This week will be a warm one. Check/change your filter, have a look over your a/c unit outside, wash off the cottonwood fuzz/debris, and be sure to give us a ring of you have any issues. At this point friday is looking to be the hottest of the year. Keep cool.
