Danielle and Shasta! Just wow! I was actually trying to rent through Airdrie but pick up the truck in Crowfoot. Danielle was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions while Shasta set up the entire deal for me over the phone with them. Then she called me back and had it all set for me to go down there. I just had to show up and sign. As easy as online shopping lol

I'd never heard of Discount before I was given a rental car while mine was in the shop. Great rental, and the discount staff explained all the new features to me before I was given the keys. They were also good about retrieving my park pass which I accidentally left on the mirror when I returned the vehicle.

Excellent service!! Rita went above and beyond for me. Arranging the time and place for me to pick up the vehicle. Changing pick up locations when she realized there was a better place for me to go to and really going above and beyond and really taking care of me!! I will definitely be back. Absolutely amazing service.
