great experience. great and price, free upgrade. friendly and positive staff

Everything was smooth just think web selection should be update with every locations actual stock of vehicles. Our location didn't even carry the economy car we wanted yet online we reserved it with confirmation. The locations customer service was automatic upgrade at same price. Our dislikes were the car was not washed or vacuumed etc before being given to us. Way made up for that was customer service on point n free pickup n drop off at airport n where we were staying. As well the songs n cracks in windshield I feel they shouldn't rent cars with these hazardes damages as one worsened on our trip from a 1/4 across driver side to almost mid window n ruined visabilty some . Again there level of customer service we recommend and will rent from this location again.

I rented a car from discount in Leduc Alberta. The woman I dealt with was named Eva. She was absolutely amazing, the best customer service i have ever experienced. She helped make a stressful situation into a positive memory.

This location is the best out of all around Edmonton! They were very helpful and knowledgable. Every time I asked a question at the other places I ended up hanging up mid conversation because they were extremely frustrating!!! This location is super great!!!

Picked up my rental in the first week in December, they were also right next door to the body shop which was really convenient. They put me in a brand new Elantra which was AMAZING! They lady called the next day to see if I was happy with the vehicle and if there were any problems of course I was in love with the vehicle so everything was perfect! Highly recommend and hopefully not for another insurance rental but I will be back to discount!
