I am a first time buyer from DK Ford, my experience was unmatched by any other dealership I have ever been too. Staff are friendly, prices are good, Jason spithakis was the best cars salesman I had ever spoken to, he showed me all the feautures my vehicle had and how to use them even compared 2 different vehicles for me to show me which one I would like more. I felt good after leaving the dealership 10/10 I would recommend to any one looking for a new vehicle. They will help you anyway they can and make you feel good about your purchase. My next vehicle will be purchased from DK Ford for sure

I'm here a handful of times each year for regular service and tire swaps and everything is always take care of quickly and properly. Lindsey in the service department is excellent — always explains the work that was done and she has a great sense of humour as well.

I've had three vehicles in my life and they've all been from DK Ford. Wouldn't go somewhere else so long as I'm living in Edmonton!

I have been going to DK Ford since 2009 when I bought our first Ford (ever!). I was so impressed with the service and the way that DK makes you feel like a valued customer that we bought our second Ford vehicle there as well. It was the primary reason we chose the second vehicle. DK does a great job of making you feel like more than just a number and in this era of so many good vehicle makes out there, it is the customer sales and service that kept me coming back to a Ford and specifically to DK.
Owned a 2009 Ford F150 and still own a 2013 Ford Escape. I have been very satisfied with both purchases and the subsequent service.

We went in the to get the winters tires on & get an oil change. We also had other concerns with the vehicle which they checked and recommended some maintenance repairs & we were quite surprised that the cost of everything that needs to be done wasn't excessive or over priced. We've always been pleased with the service & how friendly & knowledgeable the staff is. So far so good! Very happy 😊 customer!

Very poor service

Unprofessional tech and not so great service

Made an appointment to drop of the vehicle. We we arrive there is no attendant or advisor on duty to open the service gate. We have to park outside. After waiting for a good 5-10 min inside the service department, we were told to go bring the car inside.

Once the keys were handed to the advisor, he decided to toss it across the service bay to another person which is a good 10 ft away. That person did not catch it properly and the alarm on our car went off.

Service appointment was not made to the right account. So we have to redo everything on the computer.

We did an oil change and tire balancing. We were told the car might not be done today as 5 hours is not enough for the work to be done. Even though /e person who booked us the appointment assured us that there is plenty of time for the staff to work on.

Was surprised to find out they do not charge by the wheel but by shop hours.That makes a quite a bit more expensive than the other Ford dealership.

Oil change, not sure if they actually performed it as the car still indicate the service is due.

On top of that, there is no one on duty on a weekday to approve any changes to the invoicing. So they couldn't give us an amount to pay. We have to leave our credit card behind in order to get the keys of our vehicle.

From the appointment to picking up the keys.it was just headache. Serive department is unorganized and lazy. Plus, the carelessness of the tech also does not provide much confidence.

Hopefully management can use this feedback and rectify the problems.

Good experience up front, but TERRIBLE follow up service. I purchased a F150 from Kevin Konelsky and initially I was happy with the experience. I was low balled on my trade-in by a wholesaler that looked at it so Kevin offered to keep my used car on the lot and sell it for me. "I do it all the time" he said. A month went by with absolutely no follow up on how the sale of my used car was going. I sent a text to Kevin to tell him the sunroof leaks on my brand new truck and I didn't get a response back. I tried on three different occasions to contact Kevin and he either didn't return my calls or said he's tied up and didn't call me back. I was very patient and polite but frustrated.

The finance guy forgot to get a blank cheque from me before I left although we discussed in length that they would be direct debiting my account. Ford Credit called me and said I was late on my first payment. I pay all my bills on time so I started to get a bad taste in my mouth about DK Ford.

I finally reach Kevin a few weeks back and we had an extremely brief conversation but he said "we are all wrapped up" on the car and he will call me back. He again, doesn't call me back so I call him the very next day. He says "Yeah, I've got two guys that want it, how much did you want again?" I tell him the number we previously discussed 4 times and then radio silence. Two months with no contact and I have had enough of the games.

I picked up my car to sell myself and will have my sunroof fixed at another dealership. Steer clear of these guys and don't trust Kevin. He is going to say whatever he needs to in order to sell you a vehicle. Don't leave your trade-in with this dealership, it will rust on the lot. Don't expect any follow up service from your salesman if the $60,000 vehicle you bought is defective. And finally, don't expect that the financing guy is doing his job and could wreck your credit score.
I'm regretful of buying a vehicle at DK. Shop around if you value service.

I recently purchased a Mustang in March from DK Ford. James Shaul was my salesman and he couldn't have been better to deal with. James answered every question and managed my long distance sale from Saskatchewan to a tee I couldn't be more satisfied. James stayed in touch with me during the week while we aligned our schedules to pick up the car and deliver my trade-in. When I arrived the car was ready to go and as described. It was the smoothest transaction I've ever experienced. Brandon in the finance office was just as great to deal with and I left very satisfied. Highly recommend

Very positive. Great with shuttle options. Great service with very quick service. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I've been there for two years and still no one has mentioned to me the paint that chipped off my new car and how I could get it fixed. Now it's passed warranty. I had to mention it myself when I attended.
