FrOk good to great to now. horrible, this place is all over the place. Forgetting sauces forgetting gravy. Daft staff different staff always

Gave me ice when I asked for none. Forgot the ketchup i asked for. Then forgot my dipping sauce for my chicken strips

We only come for the occasional Blizzard so can't speak to menu food / service. We've never had poor or fantastic service - always fairly standard. My wife never fails to remind me that they SHOULD HAVE flipped our blizzard upside down when they gave it to us (but it never stops us from coming!).

All in all reasonable if all you're after is a frozen treat. We'll certainly be back.

Just a great place with a pile of eager people working there. Great service and quality.

Very rude manager. A guy behind me and my friend gave us 25 cents that we were short and she told us to say thank you. We said she will and she death glared us and said say thank you now. Honestly she's about as mature at all the 15 year olds working there. Also staff seem to be running around like a chicken with there head cut off drowning in work. And staff seem to be different every month. Last time I went it took about 40 minutes in the drive threw for one blizzard that they didn't even get right. The size and flavour were both wrong and when I said it was wrong they looked at me all confused Not a fan.

Taking a long time to process each order. Had to repeat my order several times before they acknowledged.

The only DQ in Okotoks, AB. Nice spot to grab a cool treat on those hot days.

This is the worst DQ in western Canada.

The managers of this establishment have no idea how to lead a team, nor do they know how to interact with and respect their customers.

The poor service and lack of care carries over into the quality of their frozen treats. The peanut buster bars, for example, have the least amount of peanuts and chocolate of any DQ I have ever been to.

The saddest part about this entire situation is how the owners allow this to happen, day in and day out - this is truly shocking.

This review will be overlooked by the owners (as all other reviews here are). I suggest you save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Lengthy wait times even if its "fan food not fast food". Food is expensive unless you order the value meal - but they are value for a reason - didn't stay full very long. The burger was cooked well and was quite tasty even though the bun was burnt.

I showed up after the restaurant closed and needed an emergency bday cake! I called and they let me in personalized the cake and everything. Thank you so much!!!
