As an Ironman Triathlete, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, I have always had a passion for health and wellness. I am accepting new patients at Green Apple Health Care in Edmonton, Alberta.

With my extensive experience as a Personal Trainer and Yoga instructor and strong undergraduate background in Kinesiology and Life Sciences from Queen’s University I am confident that I can help a variety of patients with specific, individualized concerns, in their journey to achieve their health goals.
