Perhaps this was just a more than unusually busy night, but I attended a party with a group of friends. It took almost 20 minutes just to get a beer poured, and nearly 45 for a simple burger to arrive at my table - which, unfortunately, was the wrong burger (supposed to be destined for another table in our party who had ordered a similar burger).

There were servers bringing all manner of food and drink to our tables --- many times it was because the food was supposed to be going to another party. Really quite disorganized.

I requested a mid-well burger, it was FAR from that. Quite dry, in fact, not to mention just barely warm enough to enjoy. I was honestly tempted when I left the restaurant to cross the street and fetch one of those square patty burgers with lots of BACON on it.

In the 2 1/2 hours that I was at this restaurant, I managed to have a semi-cold burger delivered and 2 beers - in fairness, Earl's house lager is actually quite tasty.

This was the most expensive burger and beers I've ever had and I really didn't enjoy it that much.

In all the years that I have dined at Earl's across the country, this was likely the most unsatisfying. I find it unlikely that I would dine there again unless there was a REALLY extenuating reason why.

Bad service and good food. Took us 10 minutes before we had a server come see us and that was only because I eye balled the manager. The server was slow, talked very quiet and I could not hear here. She would also serve on table at a time and constantly walk by our table. I would have loved another beer with my meal but after serving our food she did not talk to us again until we we're finished. It took us nearly a half hour to eat in wing night as we ordered lots of wings and appetizers. Wings were excellent and the spinach dip is amazing. I recommend trying this place out as my score reflects the poor service.

Faux upscale but at least the service is decent. Not a bad place at all with a decent selection of foods. The beers are pretty sparse with an overwhelming abundance of taps from one local Grande Prairie brewery and not much else. It is a fairly standard experience overall though.

Rude staffs and manager. They served us burnt steak and soggy vegetables but when we asked them about it the manager said it’s not burnt and they really cook it like that. Sour and salty sauce on the steak and bitter tasting steak because it’s burnt? THEY COOK IT LIKE THAT? Then i asked her to taste it. She refused. And asked me to get out of the restaurant. ON MY BIRTHDAY!! So what do they want us to do? Still eat it? Stupid manager. She should be undergoing some training. SERIOUSLY! Super not worthy. My first time and surely my last time. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

The worst dining experience I have ever had. Drinks were forgotten completely and took at least 1/2 hr to get. Food took forever and orders weren't received because they hadn't even been entered. When the food was delivered, they brought no cutlery. Asked multiple people to get some and they all seemed upset that we wanted to eat. By the time cutlery arrived, the food was cold.

My friend took us to Earl's during their happy our. The prices are very good and their house Rhino lager was superb. I would definitely go back.

Staff are really friendly and warm. Food always comes out great and they have a good menu and a solid happy hour.

This Earl's probably has the loudest crowd of any Earl's I've been to (especially on the bar side) but the staff handle it well. It does take a little bit away from the atmosphere though.

Asked 3 times to two different people about a high chair, gave up.
Staff seemed new and a bit disorganized or unsure of themselves which was not so great.
Menu has changed since the renovations and I didn't find a lot that appealed to me personally.
The patio area looks amazing although the shutters up top were closed so I'm not sure how much of a breeze would pass through on say an open patio.

The greeter was unfriendly and left us waiting awhile, but our server was so sweet friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered her name. She informed us of all the daily specials. We just so happened to be there on Sunday. Got Caesars on special, wine on special and my sushi was also on special. We sat in the covered deck area. Loved it. Great atmosphere. Our server made our experience better.

Excellent atmosphere. Food is always great. Impeccable service. Always a great place for food, friends and fun. I'm really looking forward to the heated patio!
