One of the few consistent restaurants on Earth. Service is good, food is good, and atmosphere is relaxed but upbeat.

The food was very fresh and delicious. We received awesome service. Very clean and comfy decor. I would give 5 stars, but I didn't like their ventilation system blowing cold aie forcefully on me for most of my time there. The vents went around the far walls of the restaurant. Other than that, excellent place to have a great meal.

I dined at Earl's for the first time this evening. Earls' Kitchen and Bar provides fast service, good sized portions, a modern and cozy atmosphere, as well as polite, well dressed servers (Thanks Morgan!). The washrooms were clean and well kept, the music was fun, the lighting apropriate, spicing was well utilized by the cooks.
My only complaints were that the tables were too high for my liking and the gravy too thin. Will come back time and time again as long as that incredible Coconut Cream Pie won't be a one-hit wonder!

Good service, but food wasn't what I expect from an Earl's. Salmon was overcooked, rice was obviously old as it was in clumps and cold. Fries were undercooked and soggy, mashed potatoes with the steak looked like they were a slop from Swiss Chalet.

Tyson and the team at EARLS are AMAZING!!!!
My new wife and I chose Tyson and The Medicine Hat Earls to cater our wedding and to host a bridal party dinner. We could not have made a better choice; from the initial meeting with Tyson to the final dish severed, everything was remarkable.
The food was impeccable, hats off to the Chef and his team for such a great meal. (We received a ton of complements on the food) The service staff was super friendly, mingled well with all guests and made the night seamless for everyone.
Tyson is a star; Not only did he and his team do a great job throughout the event he also had a lot of great suggestions for the evening that took our event over the top.
Not being from town, one would assume this would pose a challenge…not for Tyson and his team! He was on point with pointing out where we could get certain things and what might go well with our event. Tyson made this process fun, easy and something we will never forget.
I would HIGHLY recommend Tyson and his Earls team for any event, dinner or simply a drink. Top notch service, food and people.

Great service but food pretty mediocre. On arriving were greeted by the very pleasant staff and got a table quickly at a busy time. Menu was limited to basics and only a few dishes available for my Celiac wife. Ordered steak with fresh vegetables and received a plate of asparagus and over cooked steak.

Not only great food and drink but our waitress Jodie was fabulous, attentive and very friendly . Earl's is my first choice in that class of dining.

Bartenders are 🔥. But seriously. Always have a great time here at earls Medicine Hat. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is great, food is always good! Would recommend 100%

The atmosphere in here is absolutely beautiful. Although it's not my first time, I really enjoyed the chilli chicken rice bowl. All of the flavours and textures blend perfectly making it a very filing dish. For dessert we then shared their new warm chocolate banana cake which I can see myself going back just for that alone! The service was slightly lacking, we felt as though we had to wave our server over a few times. Over all would definitely recommend for a great meal.
