East Side Mario'S

One of my favourite places to eat in Camrose. The staff are great and the food is even better.

Missed East side Mario's so much!! Went this evening..it was like going home...Italian wedding soup..feeds my soul..the staff was so awesome, they gave me some to take home...love love love you guys

We have been there several times. Food is always tasty. Lasagna could have been hotter but it was good. Service was great. Drinks were refilled. It was very busy and very noisy but overall it was good! See you again.

We had zucchini stickz with garlic aioli which was hot and delicious. I had the stuffed pizza which did take a while but good food should. Husband had crispy chicken wrap and he said was hot and tasty. Drinks were good as well. (Belline and Caesar). Server was attentive and helpful.

Server and manager (I assume) was beyond fantastic, but the kitchen was having an off night. My wife's Caeser salad tasted "off", both hers and my son's fettuccini Alfredo had no taste to it. Too bad, as I love this place.

the food wasn't that great for a brand name eatery, wife ordered the chicken alfredo, no sauce just a ton of chicken, the spaghetti was alright but could have been better. food portions are more than a good serving. the salad was huge and was the only thing I enjoyed.

So ya just got my meal after waiting 2 hours from 430pm-630pm after ordering on the phone for delivery... Called the switchboard after an hour to see where it was and was told it was on its way and should be there soon because that means it was given to the driver... soon came after 40 minutes.. Food NEVER takes 2 hours to be delivered and if thats the norm, there is a serious problem.. dont expect to get or keep any customers..and just excuses from the switchboard people as they dont give a crap and tried calling the restaurant and can't even get a hold of them. The meal is ridiculously expensive with the 8$ delivery charge!!!!!! when it finally came, I did get it for free and I sure as hell was not paying for it as I found something else to eat... BOOO on you ESM!!!! Piss poor service!!!!!!

Server was extremely unfriendly, my wife's wrap was extremely soggy and fell apart when she picked it up, we had to argue with the server to get it replaced, instead they gave us half off

It was a long wait to get our drinks and food



Definitely not the way it used to be

Not too sure if you take your complaints seriously but I just had one of the worst experiences. I had an order to go. Lasagna and Caesar salad. I picked up the order, paid and left the restaurant to watch my sons hockey practice. I open my lasagna and couldn't believe my eyes, I thought maybe there was a container that had been missed. The lasagna was 3 inch wide and 5 inches long and just over an 1.5" thick....lol this would be to bad had it not been $16.99!!! I was floored. I returned to the restaurant to see if maybe they forgot the other piece...nope. The young man I spoke with was very nice and he agreed with my disappointment. I've seriously never took the time to ever complain but this was completely unacceptable. I was hungry so I ate my toddler size meal and maybe cause I had a bad taste in my mouth it wasn't good at all...you guys should either drop the price substantially or give a person $16.99 worth...
