Welcome to ESC, your key to new opportunities, activities, and lifestyle changes of your choosing. We are a fun and innovative seniors centre with crafts, health & wellness education, exercise, and much more. Come take advantage of the programs and services we offer, aimed at improving quality of life and promoting the health and well-being of adults aged 55 years and up. Our Outreach service works with isolated or less-able seniors in the community to help meet their respective needs. And then, of course, we have our Volunteer program, for those invaluable individuals who want to share their skills or learn new ones, and who are fundamental to our very existence! So, be it as a visitor, a member, a volunteer, a regular participant or someone who signs up for a specific program or two … again, a warm welcome to our world here at ESC!
