Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Best Enterprise rental I've had. Check in and check out were seamless. The boys were fantastic, polite, to the point and plenty of smiles.

Their 24/7 emergency line and service sucks (no one seems to know anything about their various locations and is super slow and disorganized and no one was able to communicate with each other and miscommunicated many things to us), but this enterprise location is great. Had some issues with a car and had to get a new one brought to us (which took 4+ hours) which was a serious downgrade from the one we had. When we got back and returned the vehicle we were treated very well and were compensated for the inconvenience. Not sure what the other locations are like but this one is very good. Like I said though their 24/7 service could use some work which is why I'm not giving 5 stars (the 24/7 should get less than one star). This location however is deserving of 5 starts. Car we got at this site originally was very clean and we got exactly what we asked for and staff were organized, pleasant and professional.

I was completely dissatisfied with the service at this location. I had contacted them about two days before arriving and asked for what documentation would be needed. I specifically asked 3 times. When I arrived they asked for other documentation. Had to take a cab in to the city. It was late at night and I had 3 kids with me. Not impressed. The next day I went to the Gateway branch where I was able to get my rental without a problem. Avoid this branch if you can.

If I could give this location less stars that would be fantastic. I accidentally left something in the glove compartment and getting it returned to me has been more of a hassle then getting the damn vehicle. The supposed manager of this location "Lauren" has been the most arrogant S.O.B. I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of speaking with, she even has the gall to attempt to charge me $40.00 in addition, to everything that was paid for the car in order to send it to me however, if you looks at what it would cost for ground transport it is significantly less.

if you have a choice avoid this farce of a location or better yet ask to speak with someone who has brains left in there vapid skulls.

WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Avoid this Enterprise. We've been renting with Enterprise for years & we have never experienced terrible service like we did at this location.

1) We book a rental for 7AM, we arrive at 6:59AM, and they're still closed. Manager casually strolls in, acknowledges us, we advise him of our rental, he had the audacity to tell us to "wait a couple minutes" (so they can unlock their gate, turn on the lights/computer, and get their counter area prepared.) Zero sense of urgency to get us in our rental right away & we were the only ones there!

The car they provided for us was faulty. Every time I started the vehicle, a notice said "Oil Change Due" popped up on the dash and the passenger doors were jammed. Do these vehicles not go through regular maintenance?

2) Return day scheduled for 7AM, and there's NO RETURN LOT ATTENDANT. We went inside and waited close to 20 minutes to return. Only ONE customer ahead of us and 2 employees (PLUS the guy at the National Rental counter.) We were told by the manager that the lot attendant called in sick due to a car accident the night prior. Did he really just make an excuse for their poor customer service? The manager processed the rental on my credit card, THEN asks how the rental was AFTER. They should ask this question PRIOR to processing, as they are able to compensate for their poor service by discounting the final price.

This location is a legit joke and is managed SO poorly.

Noted damage when renting (very small and minor) with employee and was told not to worry about, I made the mistake of trusting them. In return they are trying to charge me $250 for damage for what is now considered a crack.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rented multiple times with them and not disappointed once.

Elvira was the lady who welcomed me to the airport and took me to the car. Very professional, but her friendliness made getting a rental car a great experience.
