Field Notes aims to connect people with Canadian agriculture in surprising ways using ingredients that are grown here in abundance but often overlooked. Canada is the world's largest producer and exporter of peas—many of which come from the Prairies. Field Notes is the first company in North America to make herbal liqueurs from a base spirit of distilled field peas. Don't Call Me Sweet Pea (30% ABV) is an herbaceous garden amaro crafted from distilled field peas and infused with botanicals, flowers, herbs, and roots from across the prairies.
