Filistix is an Edmonton based casual dining restaurant with a full service location in the Government District and a quick service location at the University of Alberta. Our menus celebrate the flavours and ingredients of the Philippines and Southeast Asia. We do not claim to be authentic or traditional by any means but we do respect the origins and preparations of all the dishes we serve with the simple goal of making great tasting food.
