I enjoyed my last few trips to Finesse. Not only did Leah help us find everything we were looking for. She helped us on her day off by email and she went above and beyond with measurements, pictures, etc. She gave us zero pressure to buy anything. Finesse is in my and my wife's opinion the very best furniture and home decor store in Alberta. We have shopped there for many years while living in Fort McMurray and after the fire when we evacuated they did all they could to help out and accommodate our needs. While we now live in Calgary we still continue to shop at Finesse, meaning we still prefer Finesse above other options by far. We have built lasting relationships with their staff who ended becoming very good friends and supporting us through emotional stress and crisis after the fire. In particular Jadra who is so sweet and friendly, caring and considerate. There is no pressure to buy. An honest opinion is given by their staff about your needs. It is also a very pleasant environment in which just to stroll to look see. We are offered coffee and a friendly chat on any topic, mostly unrelated. The furniture is among the very best in quality including Stickley. And the pricing can not be beat anywhere. I am an avid shopper so I price shop everywhere including online diligently and yet at the end of the day buy from Finesse because their prices are far lower every time. I highly recommend Finesse. And in particular Jadranka Maljevic.
Amazing service! Before we were even done paying, our sales person saw the warehouse guys had already picked the order. Drove to the warehouse and they wrapped the furniture with great care and helped us load it. So happy to support this local company
Wish we open more of french furniture stores market in edmonton. So this scam Finesse shuts down
Purchased a $3000.00 dollar recliner from them. The recliner has made an awful noise since the day it was received due to the leather rubbing together. Nothing has been done by the company to fix the issue & they will not return the faulty product they sold me.
