First Nails

Gave this salon a decent chance prior to creating this review- price points are comparable to majority of store front salons in town. Sanitation is questionable/lacking- towels at stations reused from previous service/covered in dust from previous clients nails. Amys station is more or less FiLtHY and never once did she use new items (on me) that should be disposed of after each client and are otherwise hard to adequately sanitize ie- buffing blocks (a cheap disposable item) should NOT be used client to client, nor should sanding bands that fit on the efile mandrels (and are less that .18cents a piece)otherwise - first time I went in, effort was made to make me happy and ensure I was sastisfed with the service- second time, Amy got up several times during my appnt to go into the waxing/brow room which made my appointment lengthy and also made me feel unimportant. The smile lines became sloppy on my French solar set 2nd appointment and were even worse on my 3rd and final appointment. Amy has the capacity and skill to do perfect work and I think she knows it, but unfortunately she doesn’t seem to take the time to perform that perfect work&more often than not is rushed or her head is elsewhere and she’s off in lala land it seems. I won’t be going back- other salons in town have better commitments to sanitization, don’t get up to perform other services on other clients in the middle of your appointment and some even do hot towels and hand massages at the end of the service- ONE time, Amy put lotion on my hands but even this ‘add on’ wasn’t consistent unfortunately. For the amount of money you will spend, I reccomend going elsewhere.

I go to Amy all the time to get my nails done! im never disappointed with the service and the staff. Ever since the new owners took over this place has completely turned around! Amy and Lena are great nail techs and they offer many different types of nail services! 100% recommend

Best nail experience yet. Beautiful, clean salon and very sweet staff. I had a hard time finding someone who would do ombre nails, and Amy did them flawlessly. She took her time and paid close attention to detail. I will not be going anywhere else from now on!

They were great! Very kind and friendly! I don't usually get to have a conversation with the nail techs... but they were so kind and Amy is amazing at her designs... Makes me want to get gel nails again!!

They were amazing and went out of their way for friendliness and customer service. Will definitely be back!!

New owners are awesome! Got acrylic nails done & they look so natural. Very nice staff, always stays on top of things. Pedicure was very relaxing.
