The service has been amazing from day one of me choosing them as my dry cleaners.

Not impressed. Dropped off several items Monday morning which were told to be done by Wednesday. Came in Thursday morning to be told 3 dresses weren't done due to special wash needed. No phone call to make me aware of this ahead of time. I was then told they could keep items now and do them. Items were due back to the renter that day. So I took them uncleaned on slippery hangers that items were falling off of so had to go back in after they dropped all over the ground to get proper hangers. With all this no offer of discount for a large cost compared to other drycleaners plus took attached scarf off of one washed item to charge as two items.
I know things happen but communication and customer satisfaction should be present in a customer driven business.

These guys always provide high quality service and they're always concerned about satisfying their customers. Thanks guys and great job!
