My ring from People's jewelers had a loose stone, some claws that needed repair and needed rhodium plating. F&F fixed all of these quickly and efficiently, and returned my ring looking better than the day I first put it on! I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Definitely worth the drive!

My name Is....none of your dam business.. I live in Highriver..I bought over 4 grand worth of jewelry at Austin jewelry In Okotoks..even had problems with the one in high river..the point I'm getting at is....I wish I knew about Forge and facet, before I spent that much money in a jewelry store..so my mom returned the favour for me, by purchasing an ammolite ring from Austin jewelry...this woman had the (bleep) gull to tell me where I had to put My ring on my body..I don't care how a person thinks, what I should do with my property..but it's my property, not theirs to dictate what I should do with it...as petty as it might sound too u, it's not too me....the reason I was given at Austin as too do with my property was not good enough for me....I was not going to get in a..$&8);; ..augment with this woman....so the ring got broken, somehow, sometime latter on down the road...I obviously needed it repaired..so I thought to myself, self I should try this local store..took it to Matt..I did not know who he was at this time...it was not actually Matt I first encountered, it was his Australian employee..at lest that what he sounded like...I was going to gone on a tangent on him, on how I can't find work, how high river is filled full of immigrants..than I just decided to talked him, and listen..than mat came in, we started talking some more ...mat said the exact same thing, the woman at Austin did as too where I should wear my ring..for the exception he explained too me rather than telling me..way different approach..but I still refused to put my ring, in any other way, other than how I wanted too wear it..good thing that ammolite is warranty..not that I'm braking my ring on purpose..cause I'm not..I know that is hard for some men to work with woman, especially after I was treated at Austin jewelry...the one woman that works at forge and facet is good..good enough that she will ask Matt..not that she is incompetent, rather than to fact, that their is a certain amount of delicacy needed, when approaching and dealing with costumers, and their personal property...and I never feel obligated to do anything, ever..I do it cause I felt like it.. mecasa Sue Casa ..I personally hate being bugged and badgered at any store I'm in..but for the few times I've been their, it's been ok..I understand its a jewelry store.. Security is important....especially when it come to personal space and privacy right....most men in Alberta r conservative minded, don't have a lot of patience dealing with sail reps, weather they r men or woman..maybe u should serve wine at the door..or a shot of tequila..take the edge off ppls ignorance....I guess what I'm saying is Matt..if I win the lottery, we're going to have to talk ...I have looked on your website, and ceen the craftsmanship of your cutlery&jewlery witch I have not ceen on my last visit...I'm an avid knife collected..more so of the folder knives..but none the less..I'm an Albertan separatist, libertarian, conservative R.C..this is my first review ever...hopefully it helps others who read this...the guy at Austin jewelry is a pretty good guy..my mom knows him..but this is my money..because my feelings were hurt, lol..sound like a crybaby leftist...lol..ill never go back..plus competition is a good thing..it's what helps us evolve..except for me..I'm all ready too far advanced for any of u..but all jokes aside..I give five stars..mat..if I ever can get a real job that pays, maybe I can do the right thing..
