520 POUND SQUAT!!! My client Ryan squatting 520 pounds for 3 reps. Insane power and strength. Bare in mind he's a powerlifter and trains for powerlifting meets, he's not interested in getting shredded but only in raw power.

EXACTLY! You wouldn't treat your own apartment like trash or even your car. Why treat your own body like garbage!? You live there even more than you do in your apartment and unlike an apartment, you can't get a new body. You can't move out of your body and get a brand new one.
