We are contemporary culinary artists that curate exhibitions in the form of pop-up restaurants in Edmonton, AB, Canada. Our exhibitions focus on a particular theme and pop up in existing restaurants around the city for one night at a time. We focus on providing unique culinary experiences that engage all of the senses while utilizing regional ingredients and implementing sustainable practices.  We believe in the power of food as a medium to communicate ideas, stir the soul, foster community, and heal the earth.
