My first time in to this venue. My order was delicious. The staff was great. The meal was filling. Good value for the money, however, I am not sure if there is any way to validate the quality of the ingredient. Organic authenticity and such. Amazing menu though!

I had a delicious bamboo bowl today. It was huge and really fresh and super tasty. Great value and healthy food thats actually delicious. Definitely coming back here 😁

Staff were very friendly and efficient, we didn't have to wait long for our bowl at all.

It looked amazing my wife ALMOST didn't want to eat it. She tired the Pokii bowl and thought it was very tasty (particularly the sauce).

Loved all the greens, clean location and friendly staff. We'll be back!

The man at the counter was friendly,
ordered a wrap. got to work. completely wrong.
called to tell them and asked if they could have one made for me when I get back as its super busy at work and cant leave for long ( keep in mind, travelling from work to there isn't just 5minutes)
The lady that answered clearly didn't care what happened and all she had to say was how some of the stuff comes in the wrap. Yes I do know, that's why I ordered it WITHOUT. Anyways, A simple sorry would have been just fine. All I called for was to have it ready. But no, I have to also order when I get there. 10$ Down the drain!

Ugh, I was so disappointed when I tried freshii. I had the Tex mex burrito and it left little to be desired. The burrito was quite large, which wasn't a problem, but there were too many wet sauces I.e. Pico de gallo and ranch dressing that made it quite soggy. There was also close to a whole can of black beans on it (I'm not even joking). The service was terribly slow, and the manager could have jumped in to help with service, but instead spent his time wiping down the counters around the individuals trying to make the food. I won't eat here again. As someone else commented, you could make healthier food at home and likely for cheaper.

Staff is great, but I'm seriously disappointed considering all of the hype about this place. First of all, for a business advertising healthy food, they definitely don't have serving sizes down. A healthy plate should consist of about 1/4 protein, 1/4 grain and 1/2 veggies and I've found their bowls to consist of mostly grain! Second, they offer a juice cleanse program. I can't say this enough, but juice cleanses are not good for you! A simple Google search and looking at medical sites will provide enough evidence for this. Sure you might lose some weight, but that's because you're not eating actual food . Finally, the food is rather bland and seasoning isn't well balanced. The lemongrass soup was almost good, but I made the unfortunate choice of adding tofu. To my dismay, I discovered that the tofu is sweet and completely ruined the flavour of the soup. Why on earth is the tofu sweet? Especially with their brand of being healthy, you would think that they would avoid added sugar. I'm sad to say it's just another hyped up, trendy company perpetuating the idea that healthy = uninteresting and bland. Anyone could make healthier, tastier food at home.

Came here with my girlfriend because there were no other vegetable oriented places, and I must say, this place is 100% fantastic. Wonderful atmosphere, incredibly fresh and great tasting food, very clean, and the people here work hard. Serious kudos to the owner. My new favorite place in town for sure.
