Woke up with -no heat-... submitted an urgent request via the website @ 6AM & had an e-mail back within the hour. Received a phone call soon after and was able to setup my appointment shortly thereafter. Tech arrived on time and went above & beyond, taking care of a number of issues in a short time. The part my furnace needed was on back order but they found a way to make it work in the mean time and were back with the back ordered part that afternoon. Excellent service, will not hesitate to call again.

I've always found them to helpful and thorough and completely fair on pricing. They are always my first call for plumbing.

My hot water tank burst on the morning of New Year's eve. Needless to say, my wife and I figured on either paying for emergency service or not having hot water for a couple days, minimum. The guys at GM got us a tank installed within four hours of our initial call to them. We were throughly impressed and eternally grateful.
