Luckily, the little girl is now returned to her family. We wish her all the best.

We had them come out last year to do our boat tires they did an awesome job totally recommend to other

Was on my way to get winter tires installed and got a flat. Went to put the spare on and this van randomly rolls up. Two people jump out with a floor jack and tools then pitcrew style change my wheel for me. They hand me a card, get in their van and gone.. haha umm thanks. #gotireofcentralalberta

Their customer service goes above and beyond. Whether it's making appointment through Twitter or on the phone, their prompt and friendly service is what sets them apart from others. Beats sitting in a shop waiting when I have other things I can be doing. They don't just do tires...windshields and car detailing too!

The best service and the convenience of at home service, amazing detailing job and tire service, Brampton Ont.

Stumbled upon these folks on a google search and it turned out great! Finally a company that responds quickly and articulately from a website quote form. Service was arranged easily through Heather, and Branson was on time and did a great job. Very cool service that I will definitely use again and will recommend every chance I get.

Shawn and his sister did an amazing job. Very friendly and more affordable then the dealership. I highly recommend

I work for this company and I can say after 30 years in the industry it is a breath of fresh air to be appreciated by the powers that be and the amazing csr staff i hope to have a long and fruitful relationship with this company

Great service! One of the worst parts of winter is getting winter tires put on and Go Tire makes it easy. Very pleasant staff to deal with, I love the convience of them coming to you to put your tires on so no need to figure out a ride or worry about getting to a dealership early. Highly suggest trying out this company.

Good Friday and I had the bad luck of a flat tire. Thank goodness for Google showing me your site! My tire was repaired at work and I was able to get home safely! Kieth Coombs was very professional and expedient with getting my tire done! Great company and a great idea! Thank you!!!! :)

Though I couldn't get a service they're nice people, I tried to get a booking down for detailing(though was called back many times to confirm by different people, just a little unorganized).

now why the 3 stars?

on the day just 30 min before the scheduled time for the detailing I got a call saying the weather wasn't good enough, though as I was currently outside, its sunshine not too cold and was simply in just a sweater.

Though they did try to reschedule but I took time off this exact day and time to have it done and I won't be free for awhile after so I couldn't.

in conclusion, it was frustrating getting my booking canceled just right before the time, organization could be better, and the reason was just added to the frustration. This review is simply just from trying to get a service done and my experience and how I feel. Though they are nice over the phone so 3 stars for now.

They still charged me $99 + tax for a service call even if they are unable to fix my tire. I understand that they have a policy on what they can only repair but charging me that much just to have my spare tire installed??? avoid GoTire

They must be too busy for customer service. I’ve been waiting 2 months to get quotes for rim refinishing & have my summer tires put back on. The price changed after the initial quote. Finally when My appointment was here, they didn’t bother to call but sent an email the evening before saying they’d given my appointment to another and it was now filled...but they’d come on a weekend when I’m not around. I’ve since emailed and called twice without a return phone call. Should I just call Visa and get my money/charges reversed and put in a claim for my current rims and tires that they have while I go buy new ones? Driving each day on winters each day in May/June is driving me nuts!!!

Called on Saturday to get tire repair. Was told they’d call back once they knew when they were in my area. Called a second time to follow up. I never received a call back. Poor costumer service!
