I asked for a trim and a style. All i got was a trim. Didnt try to clean up anything else.

Fast, job well done, decent prices & an app to put U in line with out being their and tells U what time to arrive when they R ready for U.

To be honest I really can't put my finger on it. I find the staff has been friendly enough. It just seems really hit or miss. The last time I came here I left as the lady acted out like I was a inconvenience because I did not make a reservation online. I felt embarrassed, did not say a word and left. Other times felt like the barber was really inexperienced. But other times I have had a very pleasant experience, nice chat and felt totally comfortable with the barber. Real hit or miss place. I know a competitor that I have not seemed to have as many issues with, so I tend to end up there.

I love their check in feature that allows you to check in online before you go. It gives you a wait time and you check in and only go when your time approches. Great for my Autistic son who doesn't do well with waiting in line for long. I've gone for a hair cut for myself and straightened my hair which turned out great. My husband also likes getting his hair cut here. I also bring my son here because they are really good with him and are patient and understanding. He doesn't like getting his hair cut because of sensory issues and the hair stylists here are efficient and do a great job on his hair. I've gone here only one time where the hair stylist didnt do such a great job on my son's hair, but gone there several times after that and had no issues.

I felt so sorry for the lady who cut my husbands hair today. She obviously was having a very bad day. Her manner was"uncaring, let's get him out of my chair with the least I can do" I sincerely hope she is ok. She should not be cutting hair if she is so preoccupied with her problems. I hope she can get them sorted out. In the past we have had such a good experience.

Horrible service and inexperienced hair dressers! Never again!
