Hair cut is pretty lopsided. But no big deal when you compared to the bed bug i found on the green chair there. Idek why i stayed for the hair cut. Not recommend.

I went to Hair Garage to get a previous cut fixed which I had two weeks prior. It was cut lopsided and uneven and I wanted a slight trim to make the hair even, plus colour. My colour is great, but my cut is far from it. Instead of being uneven on the original side, now it is even more uneven on the opposite side. I told the stylist how I wear my hair and how I like to style it plus that I just had a hair cut, therefore there is no need to cut much of the hair off - just a trim. Well, I barely have any hair left now. I have to go to another salon to get this fixed. My stylist did not have very good listening skills as to what I was asking him, even though he has many, many years of experience in the business, I was told. I gave him all the knowledge he needed to give me a great hair cut. I even told him that my hair MUST have a symmetrical appearance to it (although I know that one cannot cut hair 100% symmetrical, it can certainly look even) as I am a perfectionist when it comes to these kinds of things. Nope. I have so much more hair on my left side that my head almost wants to tilt to that side. I'm requesting a refund on the cut portion (again, colour is great) but after 2 emails and 1 phone call, I have not heard back from the salon. I'm not impressed with their lack of professionalism in this matter. If a client is not happy with the service, the client deserves compensation within a reason. I have no problem advising friends and others not to go to this salon. Beware of the power of an unhappy customer.
