First time here, won't be the last. Looking fresh!

I have been to Haircraft a few times and I was just googling it to get the number to make another appointment. I was shocked to read the bad review so I thought I'd leave one because both my 9 year old daughter and myself have had great experiences here :)

Our hair dresser did a great job. But the owner was not very nice at all, while waiting for my daughters haircut she was dancing and being quiet not kicking walls and definatly not being obnoxious I showed family the videos I had of her and we are all appalled by the response of a fellow customer saying that this was an appropriate response (she's 3, and the only other person in the salon was the owners friend). I was rudely asked for her to sit, needless to say the rest of the wait was with a crying toddler. We will not be returning as the salon owner made us feel it was not kid friendly.

I have been going to Haircraft for years and have always left feeling incredible, the atmosphere is laid back and you just feel comfortable! I was there at the same time as the lady claiming the salon is not kid friendly and while she may claim her child was being quiet, I can attest that she was not..... we heard constant loud banging when her daughter was kicking/hitting the walls while "dancing" (it sounded like construction) and very literally shaking the floor with her jumping around and she was asked to PLEASE stop. I don't think asking that children have respect for the property makes them not "kid friendly". As a PAYING customer I am also entitled to a relaxing salon experience, regardless of whether or not I've been going there for YEARS and so know the stylists by name. If by kid-friendly you want somewhere for your kid to dance around and bounce off the walls (literally) perhaps you should look at getting their hair cut at Chuck E. Cheese. The middle of a hair salon is not a dance studio, or a jungle gym. To give this salon a poor review because you were asked to not let your child treat it as such is in poor form.
