Harlow Eden Policies
There are three of us:
A Grandmother named Rhonda with a healthy addiction to sewing and designing, sewing all of her kids clothes and now her grandchildren she thought she would share her passion and creations with all of you.
A Daughter named Ashley with a shopping addiction with a love of looking at fabrics, crafting and designing, thought why not help out her mother and support her passion.
A Granddaughter named Harlow with an addiction to the camera and loves homemade goodies from grandma and thought she would love to model grandma’s designs and support her passion.
We support local! Please follow us for an update on all the latest fashion creations by us.
Care Instructions:
Some fading are to be expected with this type of fabric and to help minimize we recommend a gentle cool-warm wash setting and turning clothes inside out.
All our fabrics are pre-washed and you can expect little to no shrinking.
Some of our fabric we use can be sensitive to small perfusions along seams sewn and this does not affect our product.
Policies:
Payment is due in full upon ordering and is accepted via e-mail /text message money e-transfer.

Shipping:
Ships Canada and US
Mailing days are Mondays and Thursdays, if there are unexpected delays we will contact you.
Packages will be mailed out letter mail with a flat rate of $5. 00 with no tracking or insurance. If you wish for tracking or insurance rates range from $10. 00-$20. 00. We will contact you with the rate price before shipping as it is all based on location.
Note: Shipping rates are subject to change when rates change
Cancellation:
We please ask for 24 hour cancellation of your order.

WE do have the right to cancel a sale if we feel necessary.
Returns:
ALL sales are FINAL. If an item is received in a defective condition please email harlowedendesigns15@gmail.com and we will work to resolve for you.
Custom Orders:
We do offer custom orders and payment due upon ordering. Fabric choice for sizes are based on availability.
