I called about a quote for windows i wanted in my house, took over a month before anyone got back to me, and then they wanted me to take the measurements, they couldn't be bothered to send anyone over. Their attitude is one of "whatever" and just don't seem to care.

After calling around town for quotes, we ultimately went with Harvies just based on their customer service over the phone; they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help, and were really friendly. From start to finish, fantastic experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had a basement window leak and flood one room. The window had been improperly installed by the previous home owner. The guys came out and were able to remove and re-install the window properly, as well as further seal the window for the future. They added a nice moulding around it as well that gives the window a much more finished look. They were fast, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about my problem. They were very inexpensive as well, which is always an added bonus. Really happy with Harvie's; we will definitely be using them again in the future for any of our glass repair needs!!
