Roast Beef gravy from roast drippings is the best gravy! ! !
Turkey with Robins special dressing and gravy! !
Chicken a large variety of recipes . . . chicken carbonera /parmassean chcken . . . etc.
Fish baked, sauced salmon. . planked salmon etc.
Ham glazed and baked as you request
Beef meatballs, kabobs, lasagna, pasta with meat sauce
Potatoes:
Mashed with sour cream or cream cheese added and some spices or just butter and milk
Baked
Roatsed spiced to compliment meal. . . always use new red potatoes for this

Peas creamed with dill and a wee bit of cheese. . . or buttered with dill. . .
peas with small onions buttered and dill
corn steamed with butter . . . cream corn (Donna's specialty )with cream cheese
carrots steamed and buttered with basil. . . butter sauce with herbs. . . baby carrots
with special cream sauce
turnips mashed with nutmeg, brown sugar and butter added
parsnips steamed with butter sauce (go nice added to carrots with butter sauce)
other vegetables as desired: broccoli. . . cauliflower. . . brussel sprouts. . etc.
Salads:
garden salad with dressing of choice
mixed green salad with fruit
fruit salad many recipes . . . always fresh and delicious
ceasar bacon bits are always home made
broccoli /caulifower more than one recipe here to make. . one has peas and cashews
and is delightfully delicious
pasta Robin makes an awesome pasta salad. . . always a surprise as to what the
ingrediants are(a little of this and a bunch of that). . also a spaghetti salad
that has everyone talking
