Thank you for visiting my website, welcome to the beautiful world of Pure Reiki Energy. My name is Cindy Tradewell, I live in Lethbridge, Alberta Canada.

I am a Reiki Practitioner that treats the well being of both People and Animals. I first discovered the healing effects of Reiki in 2013, it helped me heal from a traumatic event in my life. After months of searching for things that could help me feel better, I decided Reiki was what I needed to heal my mind, body and soul.

I've studied and completed my First Degree- “Shoden” (Physical Aspect) and Second Degree- “Okuden” ( Emotional / Psychological Aspect) in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. As a Reiki Master I've received my Third Degree- “Shinpiden” (Spiritual Aspect) Master Level and Master Teacher Level.

We now live in a world where the pace appears to be getting faster almost to the point where we are on the go twenty four seven, or feel that we should be. As we push ourselves forward in our lives, many of us are losing the balance, harmony and true happiness. Instead of choosing to enjoy each day and being grateful for what we have, we worry about the past and the future and let the present pass us by. We should live in the moment. All of this stress and worry in our daily lives affects our energy centres and they become blocked. The energy does not flow freely thru our chakras. We are in control of our own body and the life force energy that flows with in us. If we hold negative thoughts our chakras become clouded with dense energy which means that this constricts the flow of energy throughout the chakras which leaves us feeling sluggish and unbalanced and can even cause physical problems in your body. Reiki helps clear those negative energy blockages.
