Recommended Use and Care Instructions for Infrared and Photon therapy mats:

Since the overall purpose of the Inframat Pro is health, relaxation, and regeneration, it is recommended that the user find a quiet, peaceful place for treatment. Complete silence or sometimes soft music can help provide a calm environment. The surroundings should ideally be so comfortable that the user can fall asleep. The heat monitor inside the mat will prevent overheating. Once the treatment is... done, it is advised that the user remain relaxed for up to one hour if possible to further allow the body to reap the benefits of treatment. It is also suggested that water should be drunk to replenish any lost through sweat.

The synthetic leather covering of the mat is easily wiped down with a dry cloth to clean. The mat should be stored in a cool, dry place away from water. Keeping the mat clean will prolong its usefulness and allow you to enjoy the restorative and relaxing Inframat Pro as often as you need.
