We have created a wonderful rural community of Yoga practitioners at the Rural Home Studio - Hidden PADMA.
We welcome you to join us, if you are looking to attend not only a yoga class in the rural area of Sherwood Park /Strathcona County; but a lovely, peaceful serene environment that offers a community amongst your neighbors to recharge. We are all students of yoga & with that we share yoga as it helps us navigate that much more through out lives.

- Hidden Padma offers a gentle approach to Hatha Yoga that encourages the balance of body & breath awareness (pranayama) through mindful movement (asana). Our teachings focus on engaging beginner & advanced students alike centered on introspection and self-care.
