SHAMEFULL!!!!! The award for 2017 ABBA Figure Athlete of the year was CLEARLY awarded erroneously. How can this award NOT be given to Nicki Dery??? I do not recall any National Figure competitor in the history of this Division EVER winning both the Masters and Open Class IFBB Pro Cards. So......congratulations to Nicki Dery who is the TRUE 2017 ABBA Figure Athlete of the year. SHAME ON YOU ABBA for not stepping in and doing the right thing. Additionally, there are a ton of other National Figure Competitors who obviously are WAYYYY more qualified and who could have also been awarded.

I’ve been training at HDF for over three years. Ive have never been in a gym that is so well maintained. The gym is clean and friendly. The equipment is maintained and NEVER out of service. The owners are always looking for innovative ideas to improve the gym. It’s a breath of fresh air. I could never go back to training at another gym! I also train with the owner three days a week and I can say of all the trainers I’ve had this trainer is the very best. Custom made sessions every time we train. The level of care put into her work is unparalleled! Bringing the best out of me! The experience she has is jaw dropping. I guess that’s why her competitors bring home so much hardware from the stage. It’s truly a pleasure every time we train. If you want results and are willing to commit you can’t go wrong at HDF!

I just signed up at this gym and I gotta say , staff is super friendly and both staff and members make you feel very welcome ! This facility is probably one of the cleanest gyms I've ever gone to, equipment looks brand new !! Private parking in front of the business is a plus . There was no pressure into buying anything I didn't want but inform you of different options that they have ! So far I am amazed by this gym and can't wait to start my fitness journey at HD

Helen and daphne are true experts in bodybuilding and genuinely care about you and your progress. You won't find more knowledgeable people in the industry. True professionals!

Two sides to every story, but I was curious about your place a while ago, when I was 40 lbs lighter. I don't know if you thought I was someone else, but I was very intimidated by your demeanor. And yes, I believe Martina as I had my own similar experience. I'm sure you assumed she was just another smoker, but since she works in construction she is into fitness and wants to stay in shape. Your 'gym' may have been in a convenient location to her. So my advice, don't judge a book by it's cover even though it's a rough neighborhood. Peace.

I don't know anything about the fitness at this place, but they need to get rid of the uppity child who runs their Facebook page. They've resorted to publicly shaming someone who had the audacity to stand outside, and now they're responding to each and every review by pasting the same typo-ridden spiel.



Parking within five feet of your door may be illegal, but posting one star reviews isn't, and I hope you get plenty more.
