High River Toyota

I managed to call every Toyota dealership in Calgary (and even the one in Cochrane) trying to get an appointment to replace my serpentine belt and have my brakes changed within a short window of time. Due to the snow, every dealer was booked to the end of November for tire changes. Out of desperation I decided to call High River explaining my situation.

Darcy managed to squeeze me in a day later. After an hour and a bit my car was good to go! The cherry on top came with the bill, far cheaper than any quotes I was given to by all the other dealerships I called (and I called all of them)! He also let me know that if I required any other services that High River will drive out to Calgary, drop off a loaner car, drive my car back to the dealer ship and then return it the next day - for free!

Darcy, thank you so much for being so friendly and answering all my many questions - especially when I was so frazzled trying to deal with getting my car road-safe in short order.

Overall I had an amazing experience at High River Toyota, and I will be booking all my future services through them.

I just bought my second vehicle from High River Toyota from Samra Alic! Samra has yet again gave me the best experience I have ever had purchasing anything! Samra showed me the different options available to me to personalize my vehicle to how I want it. I still can't believe this is my car, who ever said a Rav4 isn't a luxury vehicle hasn't seen mine. I called Samra as soon as I could and let her know what had happened to my previous vehicle, she didn't care about my vehicle she cared about my well being and made sure I was safe! If you want to be treated like family and cared for as a human then please take my advice and go see Samra at High River Toyota, she cares and will have fun with you during the vehicle purchase process.

Great service! I’ll travel whenever I can to choose them. An example of their above and beyond attitude, had my car serviced thanksgiving weekend, they gave me a loaner to go see some family, and then when I dropped the loaner off I forgot a pie in the back so they met me after hours to return said pie! Thanks Mitch!!

Such a great dealership! I went in looking to get into a new vehicle. Adam went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I had chosen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I would not hesitate to refer him! Drove away today in my brand new Corolla. Love my new car! Thanks, Adam!

Walked into used car gallery, no one on reception and no one visible to speak to for 5 min then a mechanic came through didn't ask if I was being looked after....and clearly no one else around apart from a guy in one of the back offices happy on a phone call.......the mechanic said you are best to go over to new car sales. I'd expect him to say wait there I'll get someone to come to you. Bob in new sales was helpful. Just not the best customer service. It would be better if they didn't advertise the used sales gallery as it looked very run down compared to the new sales area. ...most customers would be very happy if they'd experienced the new sales reception as an initial contact point.

Fantastic experience buying a car. Through a series of unfortunate circumstances, we were in the area and in need of a new vehicle. Salesman Tim Plett and the entire team at High River Toyota went above and beyond to take care of us and get us back on the road with a sweet new ride. I just wish I could transplant them all back to BC so I could buy another car from them when the time comes. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed purchasing a 2017 4Runner. Dealership staff were excellent and went above & beyond to ensure we got the proper vehicle and timely delivery. I am loving my first Toyota ever. Highly recommend High River Toyota.

It was well worth the trip from Calgary to HRT. I was shopping around for a used family van and my experience @ HRT has been one of the best compared to other dealerships . Adam was very patient and engaged throughout buying process which helped me towards my buying decision. I can feel the teamwork inside the showroom and everyone seems to be friendly. Had the most wonderful experience working with Bob Shaw. He is honest, straight forward, and I really felt that he just wanted to get me the best vehicle possible. He was great at keeping me informed about new vehicles that matched my budget and requirements. I ended up getting an amazing car that was well above my expectations and it was all thanks to Bob.
