Top Notch Dept store! Can we have one in Spokane, WA please??? ���

My experience with Holt Renfrew Calgary has been consistently excellent! Each time I've visited, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Since its renovation a number of years back, Holt's Calgary location is beautiful - it is a large store, with a wide selection of luxury goods and a thoughtful layout that makes the shopping experience enjoyable. Compared to the individual boutique stores (Prada, Gucci, Versace, Burberry, Armani, Zegna, Louis Vuitton) found in many large (U.S.) cities, of course, I find the selection of goods to be more limited, but nevertheless, I would recommend Holt Renfrew to anyone looking for a premium shopping experience, and it is undoubtedly one of the best places to buy luxury apparel in Alberta.



With that said, I visited the Edmonton location (in 2012) after first visiting Holt Renfrew Calgary and was disappointed by the comparatively drab appearance of the store. I've avoided the Edmonton store ever since, but stop into the Calgary location whenever I have a chance! Hopefully a much-needed renovation is coming to the Edmonton location in the near future!

Its the place where you can find great stuff that can't be found in other stores in Calgary..

I hope someone from Holt Renfrew actually sees this. Yesterday, in Calgary, my best friend got lost after attending the same mall Holt Renfrew is in. She was unable to locate her truck, as she's not familiar with downtown Calgary. It was pouring rain and she had her baby and toddler in tow. They were soaking wet, cold and just plain frustrated. Holt Renfrow went way above and beyond for them. They not only brought them in and gave them towels to dry off and something to drink, but they went as far as sending our their own employees to look for her vehicle and than gave them a free umbrella. In the end, it was her husband calling the credit card company to locate where the payment was made, for her to locate the truck. But, in all of that, Holt Renfrew was able to provide some small tender mercies to my Best Friend during all the craziness. Thank you, Hold Renfrew. If I can ever afford to shop there, I'll be your number one customer!

As an Indigenous family, we face the norm stereotypes. Not at Holt Renfrew, we always get outstanding customer service. We love the personal service

It's such a small shopping mall. Glad it has many brands. However, the same sweater from Vince costs around $200 more than that of Saks Fifth Ave, which is crazy.

A great place to shop while smiling....���Holt Renfrew is a place to be for people who luv quality & luxurious Designer Brands.....

Not interested in saying hello to 30 different salespeople in the space of 15 minutes.

We were at Holt for Boxing Day yesterday, what a sheer disappointment. Our tradition has been to start the day with Holt Rendrew for the past 6 years, this was by far the worst year. Hardly any sales unless you count the extremely expensive fur coats they had reduced in half. We won't be caring on our tradition next year, 20% off just is not worth the parking hassle etc.

Was told I should go find the fun clothes in my price range in the mall and was basically pushed out the door. Considering I have spent thousands and thousands in this store and brought lots of my own clients to them who spend thousands aswell to get styled. After this embarrassment I don’t think I’ll be returning here again and I definitely won’t be bringing any of my clients to this location. Ps this lady was working by the men’s sunglasses and shirts on the third floor.

Shame on you!
