I’ve ordered online for the past few years consistently for both my dog and cats. They have the best pricing (Orijen Regional Red) for large food bags and treats. Shipping is lightening fast! Have never had an issue with them. Keep up the great work!

I do not normally rate anything a perfect score, but Homes Alive Pets is my exception. I have ordered a few times online as they do not have a store in Ontario. Prices are great compared to what I was paying in the local pet stores, and today I get an email stating that they made an error on my latest bill and overcharged me and they were giving me a refund for the over-payment. That says a lot about a company in my mind, two paws up for their outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work.

Awesome service! My mom and I were so impressed with all of the top of the line food, treats and products. The prices were outstanding compared to other healthy pet food stores in Leduc and Edmonton. We also got signed up for a points account. I was approached 3 times and asked if I needed anything, if I was finding everything alright etc. We will be returning and spreading the word to all of our friends in Leduc and up north!!! #NewFavouritePetstore #WorthTheDrive

The store looks nice and has a good layout, but the selection was very disappointing. There is a lot of selection for dogs, but clearly there is less focus on other pets since is feels like they put little effort into having stock for anything that is not a dog. The cats section is very small and has a small selection of very expensive brands, it would be nice to have a better selection of good quality middle range brands. The small animal section is one of the worst I have seen at a large pet store. There are very few items available for small pets, and what is available is not even very high quality. If the selection of products for cats and small animals were to improve I might shop there again.
