H&R Block

Worst experience ever! Do not get your taxes done at this location, well by if you speak English anyways. When calling this location for an explanation on my why taxes were done completely wrong I was told to f@#$ off. Awesome customer service H & R block!

Unfortunately Thanks to them I got audited for the 2014 tax year!
Not only haveing to wait a good 2 hours untill we finally were seen my BF and I saw a lady who could Barley speak English, thought my job was my name for half the appointment, and when asked if she could see the last T4 slip that I was currently waiting on she said yes she could. As I am still new to doing taxes I was under the impression that everything was fine and that she could see the slip I had yet to receive.
Then months later I got a nice slip in the mail from the revenue agency stating that I am being a audited and owe them money. So thanks H&R Bloco for nothing!
