We are very excited to welcome the talented Taylor to our team and family at Identity. Taylor brings to Identity her experience as both as makeup artist and hair stylist and will be such as asset to our clients as they get ready for special events. We asked Taylor a few questions to get to know her a bit better. What are your favourite make up lines and look? "TooFaced and Tarte are my favourite make up lines. As for a look - I love a glittery dark smokey eye with winged ...eyeliner!" What made you decide on a career in beauty? "After working in the vet world for 5 years I decided I needed a fun change. I have always loved edgy hari and makeup styles. I absolutely LOVE special effects makeup. Halloween is my favorite time of year. I love making everyone look like zombies, monsters and anything gory. The scarier the better!" Do you have a "must have" in your makeup bag? "Glitter!!! Life is so much better with glitter in it"

I love the color Sophia chose for me. identity uses the best quality color I have ever had from a salon. No fading and dimensional, rich color. So shiny and healthy looking. Sophia and Identity are the best!!!

What I like about Sophia is that she listens carefully to what the client wants and then tries to replicate what you asked for or recommends an alternatve. The other thing I like is that you get consistency with Sophia; she always gives her best. We also have the best conversations when I go, eh Sophia? I drive 30 minutes from where I live in Calgary ; the drive is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend this salon and I would highly recommend Sophia. Joanne

The stylists and owners are all very warm and welcoming while the salon itself is very high-end and clean.My most recent visit there was for a color and cut but my color didn't turn out quite as to what I had envisioned. I let Dakota know and was back in her chair within a day. She corrected it free of charge, was super sweet about it and made sure I left with what I wanted. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and beautiful hair!
