Insight Medical Imaging - Heritage

Went to an appointment on Thursday June 9th , I had an amazing technician. I hope this gets passed along to her.. she helped ease my anxiety and was kind. Best conversation I’ve had in awhile :) thank you

One star is too much but I have to give one to log my review. I sent feedback but the short version is, tech tried to give me medical advice on something. She also made me feel negatively about myself in two very major trigger points. I submitted feedback in the survey and detailed my experience there. I will not return to this facility.

I was very satisfied with my recent (and first) visit to Insight Medical Imaging clinic - Heritage. The staff were most accommodating and helpful during my visit there. I will definitely go there again.

Insight made the process of obtaining a ultrasound exam very easy considering all the issues with Covid 19. The online booking was followed up quickly with a phone call and confirmation. the instruction where very clear. The overall process was easy from start to finish. the appointment was moved up by 10 days. The front staff were pleasant and efficient.

Disappointing is how I would describe my experience here. I was referred to Insight by my family doctor for my 20 week ultrasound. My husband and I both took the afternoon off work for this appointment. When I was called, he was told to stay in the waiting room. The tech said next to nothing and just started the scan. My husband sat in the waiting room for 20 min and I wasn't even allowed to see the scan while she was doing it. Finally, she called my husband in, spoke for about 30 s, saying "Here's the baby" and flew through a few key anatomical points, before printing off some pictures and rushing us out the door. I had my dating ultrasound done at MIC (referred by obgyn) and both my husband and I were able to watch and ask questions while the tech did the scan. What should have been an exciting event was a huge letdown and wasted time off work for my husband and I. I will definitely be communicating my experience back to my family doctor and recommend he refer to MIC instead, which was a much better and welcoming experience.

I went in today for three different services. The staff were friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and I hardly had to wait.

I was dubious about this place seeing all the one star ratings, but the experience was fine. I don't know what other people expect of a medical imaging center, but my wait times were short and both the x ray tech and the ultrasound tech were friendly and professional.

There was a lady in the waiting room who was booked at a different center completly, to which she couldn't have made it in time. Thsee guys bent over backwards to fit her in to their schedule. I was impressed.

5/5 in and out and on with my day. Would recommend.

I would say very poor service.
From the front desk info. people, tech, and everything. It took days for them to send the picture from my ultrasound,and said they have problems of sending pictures. In the first place it should NOT be an option then. Supervisor did not apologize when I spoke to her. Very very poor service.
