To take a cat off the street and try to pawn that cat off to an owner whose cat you have ALREADY lost is disgusting. Luckily that owner received her cat back but legal action should be taken by both owners. As you are a limited company sadly this will not affect you personally but I hope the owners do not rest until the doors are shut and this business is closed down. The truth is the truth and you should never be trusted with ANYONES pet ever again !

Absolutely love this place! Amazing set up, and a very calm environment. Dropped my cat peanut off there for the first time and when I came to get him, he was happy as can be climbing in the play room � staff was very accommodating
It’s the cats meow limits had LOST our cat and are now refusing to help search for her, it happened because they bypassed their safety doors to keep the animals in
They have 2 doors keeping the animals secured- this first is the main door which has an automatic closer on it.- they propped this door open preventing it from auto closing,
The second it the door to the individual kennels which while the main door was propped open, they opened our cats kennel door and she spoked when they accidentally spilt water on her. So she ran, they then found a cat on the street , put it in place of lilah even though it was not her, and while we were on our vacation we did not get a call from the stating what had happened , they tried to get away with it.
Do not recommend,
It’s been 20 days and we still do not have our family member back home.
