Devan Little was excellent at helping me pick out my new truck. He sold me on the first one he showed me. I was going to by an SUV, but he showed me a real sweet truck. His delivery on the vehicle after the sale was timely. He was extremely helpful through out the process.

Andrew Coombes is/was hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with when it came to buying a vehicle. I recently bought a use 2015 Dodge Ram Sport 1500 with the guidance of Andrew’s knowledge. I had been dealing/looking at many trucks over the past year with Andrew and he would educate me on each truck I took out for a test drive. He would provide me with all the details on each one, he never made me feel rushed and I NEVER felt pressured to buy. Andrew was patient in my vehicle buying process and let me make my own decision when the time and money was right for me. Anytime a truck came on the lot, Andrew would gladly assist me by telling me all the information about each the truck, price and options.

Ladies, I found your salesperson, his name is Andrew! Being a woman I find car shopping very hard. I know what I want and like. I also understand cars. I find this is rarely respected. Admittedly, when I start car shopping I feel like I am prepping for a boxing match! Jackson had a Rogue on their lot, and that was the vehicle that I was looking for. Andrew came highly recommended to me by two friends who knew how frustrated I was. He was amazing. I knew I was respected as a person moments after meeting him. It was a smooth negotiation. Andrew said to me at one point, I do most of my work for my customers after I sell them the car. I have found this to be true. I had the pleasure of buying my new 3500 at Jackson Dodge last week. The service I received was outstanding! I had been shopping around at different places and found the best deal at Jackson. As it turned out I was in a rush to get the truck I wanted as I had business out of town the following day. The people at Jackson went above and beyond to make that happen for me. Traded in my 2012 Ram on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk this past week at Jackson Dodge. Service was very good. Travis was my sales guy and he was pleasant, helpful and honest. Unusual as it seems, they actually gave me a fair trade on my truck, which most other dealers don't do. First trade I don't feel like I got ripped off on. The financing with Troy was as smooth as could be as well. Anyway, the new Jeep is working out great so far. Love the better gas mileage! Thanks guys.

This was our second purchase at Jackson and this time with Devan.
We had a custom order Ram 1500 and he was very knowledgeable in the options available for this build. We asked for their best price which they were then firm on (because you know we all have to try to squeeze a bit more right?), but that price was and as we experienced before, significantly less than other dealers west of here.

Service is always great and very accommodating which too was a factor in dealing here.

I bought my car through jackson dodge and do regular maintainance on my car and oil changes through them. Twice now I have left my car in their care and twice I have went to pick up my car only to see my car was hit in their parking lot and now my back bumper is damaged and needs repair and paint. Jackson has been in no hurry to resolve the current issue. Very disappointed in the lack of effort and sluffling the issue onto customer hands.

Steve Fraser, the Financial Services Manager was professional and efficient. He explained every point clearly and any questions my wife and I had he answered. Steve also made sure our vehicle was ready to pick up on the day that worked best for us.
