Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and made shopping at Janina's simple. The building is breathtaking and very clean, with the displays being clutter free for easy viewing. If you're looking for a place where you don't feel pressured, this is the place to go!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I would advise any and all of you to spend your money elsewhere. I was told after spending a small fortune at this "company" that "perhaps this isn't a good fit" well it was a good fit when spending thousands but now when they are asked to honor defective products it is no longer a good fit. Do yourselves a favor and buy elsewhere where you are a valued customer! The ring purchased for my wife brought her to tears...for all the wrong reasons. I took the piece to 4 other locations the same day, who all concurred a design issue was the underlying issue. This company will not be getting any referrals from me, quite the contrary. Greg has light years to go before he's at all effective at customer service.

Our experience with Janina’s was amazing! The staff were always friendly, knowledgeable and very, very easy to deal with. The work done on my engagement ring was second to none! It came back to me looking as good, if not better, and looked absolutely stunning and brilliant. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

My husband bought my engagement ring at Janina's back in 1999 then our wedding band. For our 10 year anniversary Calvin connived with the staff to keep my ring longer after it's cleaning so that they could create a anniversary band. Janina's is a beautiful store with kind and helpful staff. Cleanings are free and they even offer you a beverage while you wait. Thank you Janina's for your many years of service. I appreciate how you make sure my diamonds stay safe and clean!

My fiance bought my gorgeous engagement ring at Janina's and since then we have bought both our wedding bands and i brought my best friend there to buy an engagement ring too! Everyone has been very helpful with making selections and providing genuine, patient, professional customer service. The staff has went above and beyond for us almost every visit, things like rushing our order for my wedding band... Giving us a great deal on my fiances band for being returning clients! We would recommend these jewellers hands-down and they carry an incredible selection.

I took my moms ring to get fixed and to replace one of the small diamonds and they did a phenomenal job. They all went above and beyond and the ring came back looking better than it ever has. All of the staff were great to deal with. I want to say Thank you to Santana for being so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
