Jetset Parking

Have used Jet Set since it opened. Returned midnight Nov 7 - our car had not been started. Apparently the rules changed. "WE PARK" no longer starts your car unless you have a car starter. We were not advised of this changed. Our car was snow and ice covered!! Why would we pay for this service?? We might as well have used "You Park". Very unsatisfied.

I have used Jetset Wepark many times and typically without incident. I returned tonight at -19 to be told a new rule took effect Nov 1/17. If your car doesn't have a remote starter then we are not allowed to start it. I get to my car, frozen doors, windows with chucks of ice on it. Could they have not scrapped the windows at a minimum?
I am sitting here waiting for it to defrost, warm up and I paid $105.00 for 4 days of this valet service!

Used them a few months ago and finally got around to writing a review. I have keyless entry for my car, so when I returned, they left the key fob in the car and wrapped the seat belt around the pin for the door latch then slammed the door onto the belt. I guess this way they don't have to worry about the doors locking automatically?
I didn't notice until after I got home that the seat belt now has a tear in it and was covered in grease from the door latch.

I initially thought that JetSet parking was a convenient way to park your car and be shuttled to the airport. However, I don't know where the "valet" parked my car because it came back to me with dings and scratches. I read that some cars had a suspicious 30km added on the odometer when they picked up the vehicle, so the lot attendants may have taken my BMW for a test drive. Of course it's not JetSet's parking nor will they admit responsibility as it is within their contract, but if you have a BMW X6 or any vehicle that you want to be returned dinged and scratch free, just take an Uber or a taxi.

Absolutely horrendous service - parked here because I was running late to catch a flight out of town. When I get back, I go to pay for parking in their automatic kiosks. Only had a $50 on me so I put the cash in, the machine doesn't give any change which is fine. I call the office and they say that I need to visit their attendant in person to get change. Go to the attendants office and they refuse. They take my receipt and refuse to give me a photocopy - just say someone will get back to me. Have now called their office 4 times but no one will acknowledge it. It's $23 - chump change, but their attitude and lying about it is ridiculous...

Great westjet check in! But if you think you can just drop your vehicle off and jump shuttle then go, allow yourself about 20 minutes.

We have used jetset edmonton several times. This last time when we got home our license plate had been swapped with one from a stolen vehicle while parked in the jetset lot. The RCMP have confirmed that this airport lot is a hot spot for license plate thefts. Jetset confirmed they are aware of the license plate thefts but they dont put up signs in their lot informing the public of this problem. They dont use license plate reconginion software at exits/entrances like their website says (called jetset to confirm this). There is a 60ft gap in their fence along east road which means anyonce can easily walk into the lot and steal license plates. Next time we will use Park n Fly.

I've parked with WePark consistently for 2 years but will stop due to issues with how they treat our cars. They've crashed/damaged two different cars in the last two years. Last year, there was a huge high-speed accident which essentially wrecked half the car and they repaired it. This time on a different car, there was a HUGE deep crack in the windshield in the middle of the line of sight on the driver side that was not previously there after leaving my car with the valet for 10 days. I was told windshields are not covered and there was no compensation as I was told it "could not have been them".

Does not seem like they treat the cars well and be wary that they are not accountable for windshield damage
