Unprofessional staff, butter chicken was gross, it was like eating a bowl of ketchup with some random vegetables in it. The waitress didn't care about my allergy and She was not informed about the menu. I told the waitress about the butter chicken being off and she didn't apologize nor did she inform anyone about the issue. First time there and will not be back. Giving two stars because the drinks were good.

I have been here a couple times and it has never disappointing. Good atmosphere, music, service, and most importantly the food. If you go here you must try the rainbow roll sushi (if sushi's your thing), steaks are excellent, and they make a hell of an old fashioned. I don't like going to chain restaurants that often, but this is one I will continue to come back to.

I used to be a regular at this location and I never had anything bad to say. I loved the food the decor and the service. The staff was always friendly and very professional. But unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience the last time I was there I went there with one of my sisters for lunch. After we were seated and ordered our drinks we were asked to leave the restaurant. The waitress told us that I was making someone uncomfortable! As you can imagine I was in shock and very confused as I wasn’t given an explanation. I kept asking why or who was I making uncomfortable? She kept telling me she couldn’t tell me then she gave me the business card of their GM and to call her on Monday. So Monday comes around and I called the GM, she had no idea of what I was talking about. This frustrated me even more. The GM said she was going to find out about the incident. She then told me she was going to call me once she found out. Long story short, she finally got around to call me back. But I’m more confused now because she didn’t tell me anything that I wasn’t told when I was asked you leave. She kept telling me the same thing that “he doesn’t feel comfortable with you being here “ apparently this person “boy” is an employee their and we have some sort of connection? I’m calling whoever he is a “ boy “ because he didn’t have the maturity to talk to me and tell me how I made him feel uncomfortable. As I recall I’ve never caused any problems there. I always treat everyone with respect and I’m always polite. No matter how upset I get I try my best to be classy. I’m really disappointed on how this was handled. Especially if I wasn’t given an explanation. Oh the GM kept telling me she had to “ protect” her employee... I’m still not sure what she meant by that or who this employee is. But he sounds very immature to me and needs a lot of growing up to do. I just don’t think whatever the situation was. It was handled in a professional manner. Shame on you !!!

Everytime me and my fiance come here we are always happy with the service and great food. Worth the trip and the money. The servers always make sure the whole dining experience is top notch.

Tonight was my first night ever going to a Joey restaurant. I will admit I'm incredibly impressed. Staff were wonderful, all super welcoming and friendly and not afraid to strike up a conversation. The food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

Disappointing beer selection, mixed drinks subpar and TVs are to small to watch any sports. Staff were very friendly and food was good but left early because it was difficult to watch the game

Always good. Busy. A bit noisy. Good scenery fun

The hostess was very polite, offered us wine while we were waiting. We didn't even wait that long, only 10 minutes or so, and it was a Friday night during the dinner rush! The decor is amazing, we got seated in a very comfy booth. The waitress was very attentive, the minute our drinks were low she brought more. Food was a little slow, but before we knew it, the manager came to see us, apologized for the inconvenience, gave us some fries while we were waiting and made sure that we were doing ok. When our food arrived, (about 5 minutes later) it was delicious. They have these deep fried potatoes (I can't remember what they're called) they're like pirogies but taste like mashed potatoes! YUM! We had the steak and ribs, both were tender, the ribs fell off the bone, and the steak was cooked perfectly. I definitely would come back again!

Fantastic, just stopped in for a drink or two and had a Fantastic time, server was awesome. Ashley was attentive and kept drink coming in timely fashion and made us feel like she genuinely cared how our afternoon and time here was going. Been here before will continue to made the trek from st.albert
