45 minutes in the Salt cave and I came out feeling fantastic! Her chocolates are amazing and the product selection in the store is abundant. They have created a center of true wellness. Just walking in the doors makes you feel at peace.

Absolutely the most beautiful and relaxing yoga studio I've ever been in!
I did a Traditional Healing class and it was really great! After class I tried an Oxygen Cocktail and felt totally rejuvenated. I couldn't leave without buying some essential oils. And, they carry Routine which is made in Calgary! Love this place!

The Joy & Vitality Centre in Quarry Park is a wonderful addition to this community! I came for the yoga in the amazing salt room and loved it! Great yoga teachers and such a beautiful space. I also discovered so much more that this centre has to offer, I had a fantastic oxygenated beverage, a wonderful sound bath, tried a few yummy desserts from the cafe and the extensive selection of essential oils is fantastic!! Check this place out if your in south Calgary!!

The power bowls at the cafe are amazing! So many great vegetarian options. I had never tried a hot elixir before and they are delicious. It's so great to have a place like this nearby where everything is organic. And you can eat lunch for under $10. Well done joy and Vitality!

I just LOVE South Calgary's newest WELLNESS CENTRE!!!!

Joy and Vitality actually offers YOGA CLASSES in a SALT ROOM STUDIO,.....The only place in Calgary that you can experience this....and if I wanted to extend my mind, body, soul time....I can book for a SALT CAVE SESSION for after my yoga practice (or before)....leaving me relaxed, clear and replenished.

To top off the experience, I head on over to their ORGANIC CAFE....the selection is HUGE....from healthy drinks, soups, wraps, to healthy'fied sweets......LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! and so do my kids ;)

Before I leave, I walk around the store, to see if I am in need of any health care products, vitamins, essential oils, crystals, teas, etc.......and of course....SALT PRODUCTS......It is the BEST PLACE I have seen so far for SALT SELECTION, and great prices!!! I have already been enjoying the Himalayan SALTS in my baths at home
