The store manager does not return phone calls or messages. Every time I call and leave messages, the staff would say he's not available or he's with a customer, or leave me on hold for a long time. So now a week later and after multiple messages he still has not call me back. Terrible service.

Has a lot of different things you may be looking for at inexpensive prices (comparable to Ikea) They don't offer delivery, so be sure to bring a truck.

Good service at this store 😊 they have lots of products to choose from and good prices. Sometimes it looks like organized chaos but I think it's just from packing so much stuff into limited space lol. Overall I like shopping here.

The store is jam packed. Some stuff is priced well but I found a lot of it overpriced. Staff was helpful and knowledgable when I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Worst Store ever! If you want cheaply made furniture that will literally break a week later or have zero parts that come with it. Then this is the place to shop!

Will not be buying from here ever again!!

Bought a closet organizer, built it, it broke when I hung a few items on it. Returned it, figured I'd get a sturdier one instead (also more $$). They had the new one in Stock, but had to dig it out from their storage. I paid for it, and they told me they'd have it ready and call me in 2 hours to pick up. 3 hours later I called them. They had no idea what I was talking about. After 20 mins on hold they told me they found my paperwork and would call me when they had pulled it off the shelf. 2 hours later I got a phone call to come pick it up. Went to pick it up, and they argued that I hadn't payed for it, even though I had the receipt and the pick up invoice...I won't be back anytime soon!
