Kal Tire

While driving all Friday night we encountered a road hazard. After attending my best friends funeral we went to your tire shop for assistance in determining the damage. The counter staff were very efficient and got the car in quickly. The shop staff assured us that there was not any tire damage and were able to secure the damaged panel with quickties. This was of great assurance to a senior couple a long way from home. Thanks again. Gary & Barbara Lawrence

As always, service was excellent. I appreciate that my vehicle was taken in on such short short notice. I'm also thankful that the shuttle was available so that I was able to go home while I waited for my oil change.

Great service every time I go in there. They are always very honest about the repairs I need and don't need and they are never out to just make a buck off their customers. On several occasions they have even done work at no charge just to go above and beyond. They are very accommodating and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Very clean facility. Provided information as needed in a patient manner. Completed work efficiently. Provided transportation to and from house to get car when car needed to stay for a longer period of time for no extra expense. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. More than impressed.

The only place to buy tires. I've been dealing with Kal Tire since 1972. Ozzie Herbina is the man to go to at GP Kal Tire. Reasonable prices, along with excellent service will have you on your way in no time. Got a question about tires? I found that Ozzie couldn't be stumped. He always has a solution for your tire problems.

Constant problems over several years, this one tops them all. Went in to get 4 new tires installed and instructed them that I had my spare tire on and that the flat was in the trunk. Got the car back, found the flat still in my trunk and my good spare tire was tossed with the garbage tires that were getting replaced. Went back to get my good tire back and get my flat fixed, they pulled one of my garbage tires out and installed that and not my good spare tire. I have a full size spare with matching rim. The instructions were on the invoice first paragraph instructing that the flat was in the trunk and the spare was installed. I'm so done with this GP location. I found out there is a location in Claremont! They are 1000 times better!

I called and left about 5 messages for ozzy and I never got a call back so I decided to show up the following day to drop my vehicles for a winter tires and winterizaction (change of fluids and what not). I get to Kal tire and I am standing 3rd in line, Mr Oz proceeds to help the people in front of me which is OK until my time arrives, he proceeds to help 2 beautiful girls whom were behind me, now I have been in the shop for 40 minutes and no service yet, then Mr Oz proceeds to help young lady #3 and I am still in the line... when my time arrives Mr. Oz decides to run to the back and hamdle some pending business...

He returns to attend to me (no apologies mind you) I let them know what I need, process the payment and I am on my way. Come back to pick up my vehicle next day, got the tires change, but no fluid change.

What a joke and lack of customer service, unless of course you are wearing lulu lemon yoga pants, pretty and young of course. I will take my business elsewhere from now on..

I would highly recommend kal tire. I went here because I had a flat on the rear right hand side. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgable, he made the process super easy. The service was quick and luckily they had the right tire I needed so it was done that day.I wish I remembered the guy's name because he was awesome to deal with. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.
