Due to my dietary restrictions, I have always been interested in the nutritional value of what we eat. After going school for Baking and Pastries in Vancouver, my desire to create baked goods started becoming an art. Not only do I enjoy admiring the finished product, I care about the ingredients that goes into the Nummy Yummies. I do not believe in using cake mixes, all of my work is made of carefully selected ingredients. With each product I can give a detailed list of ingredients and an exact count of Carbohydrates and Calories for the customer.
