When someone says they don't like motorcycles...

We’ve been dealing with Klondike Ins for a number of years mainly because of the family like customer service and great insurance rates. Went in this week to renew my motorcycle ins and they were able to drop my rate by 30% without me asking. I highly recommend Klondike Ins.

My husband and I have no regrets switching to Klondike!! Les is an awesome agent and has saved us a lot of money!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! My only regret is not switching sooner!!!

Love the service and the employees. Betty jo really helped me out and is definitely someone I enjoy coming in to see. Highly recommend.

Klondike rocks!

I have been with Klondike Insurance for 6 years now and they are great! I recently was with a different company for my home insurance but decided to switch because Klondike could offer lower rates. My broker, Sharvell is very efficient and timely in responding to all of my questions and emails. She is very thorough and easy to deal with. I would recommend Klondike to anyone!

Great family owned company, always helps me on short or sometimes no notice and makes sure I can get my vehicles insured quickly. Also helped me save a ton of money on my motorcycles and my car !

Amazing, friendly, efficient and professional. I’ll be using these fine folks when it’s time to renew the car and bike again next year!

So glad I left Klondike ! I had a policy there for 16 years , had two vehicles and house insurance there ! Then when I bought a motorcycle , they wanted to charge me a FEE for setting up a NEW account !!! Never had a claim , but they didn't seem concerned losing my business !

I've had an absolute nightmarish experience with klondike. I made a claim in 2014, I was under the impression that it was resolved by 2015 thanks to the countless hours of conversations I've had with the agents handling my case. It turns out that the insurance company agreed to pay for all the damages to my bike without any proof of repair, or receipts. They completely neglected to receive this information from the company that repaired my bike.

August of 2016 someone has tried to steal my bike, I called into my insurance company to find out that they changed my policy without so much as a phone call, email or letter in the mail. My renewal was in July 2016 and the best answer I could get was "it's your fault for renewing and not reading the terms of the renewal, we cannot help you" It's funny because all I got was a letter in the mail saying it was time to renew, no information other than that. I called in, Gave the woman my visa number and she "renewed" my policy. Little did I know it wasn't a renewal at all, I paid for a completely different policy that I didn't agree to and now I am out a hefty amount of money and am stuck with a bike that doesn't work.

When I called last week, the woman on the phone even told me that there must have been a miscommunication some where along the line and that even though they were at fault as well as me, there is nothing they're willing to do about it.

I wouldn't recommend Klondike to anybody. It took them a very long time to handle my case in 2014, and now they have completely screwed me.
