Dealt with Kevin at LA Mazda, he was very kind and listened to our needs. When we advised what we wanted over the phone Kevin made sure he had the right vehicle ready to go for when we got there. The vehicle was inside the dealership, warm and prepped for a test drive. Talk about first class service! Once we drove the vehicle we decided it was the vehicle we wanted and even got a few minutes alone to think things over without any pressure, the dealership manager even came in with muffins!! Kevin handed us over to Anastasia who was absolutely lovely and made sure we were looked after with our purchase! I have never had a better experience with a dealership in my life, i highly recommend this team to any potential car buyers!! We made some great friends and bought a great car!

Looking for a vehicle can be SO stressful & worrisome. Not here! Had a comfortable, not high intense or pushy sales team.. and many people are there to help you find exactly the service you're looking for.. and then will give you even more! Kevin was super fast to get me the exact vehicle I wanted, and kept me informed exactly when he said he would...no wondering or guessing, and he didn't rush me into anything; listened to my every word and concern. Theresa was as well, she will go an extra mile for whatever your needs are while making you feel super comfortable to be there. Reed in financing will do his best to suit your budget and goes through everything very thoroughly so you aren't left feeling confused about the financial process. Fantastic Team at L.A Mazda, will be going back time & again from now on...don't go anywhere else, you won't regret it!!

My husband and I had been looking at purchasing a new vehicle and were looking at several different dealerships. We walked into LA Mazda and met Reid who we immediately felt comfortable dealing with. We told him that we weren't in a rush to purchase and he respected our timeline. While we were deciding what vehicle to purchase, Reid was transferred to the Finance Department, but referred us to Will Z.
Will was amazing...answering all of our questions and respecting our time in making our decision. We finally decided on a Mazda CX5 and we love it!!! Will was very thorough with the walk through when we picked up our new vehicle, and I feel very confident that he would help us with any questions in the future. I would highly recommend LA Mazda!

I had a great experience purchasing my Mazda 3 at LA Mazda. Jared was very professional and patient to help me understand pricing and options for the performance and Tech package. He was able to ensure that the vehicle and options i wanted were accurately understood before ordering.
Courtney in finance was very knowledgeable, organized and professional in explaining extra options to consider. Courtney is very personable and appreciated her patience in helping me understand options and package pricing.

Sneaky place; I actually got a good deal, but LA Mazda didn't make me feel AT ALL good about it. My salesperson Josh G. Secretly added $80 to the sale price just as I signed the papers, without telling me.

To boot, the vehicle back rear wiper was discovered to be broken shortly after leaving out from Edmonton at the time of purchase (the vehicle hadn't been washed prior to my planned arrival, and I assumed the wiper had a leaf caught in it or something), but after trying to get in touch with Josh or someone who could help me every few weeks for the next few months, couple refused to mail a replacement to me (despite his manager saying it shouldn't be a problem...??)

I was offered free/discounted services at the LA Mazda dealership, but living in Saskatchewan makes this an empty offer, and LA Mazda knew that.

I have been in recent interaction with Ryan Mckenzie and Sean Ellis from L.A. Mazda. Both of these individuals and the organization is of top quality. They were patient and kind enough to answer all my questions and allowed me to Test Drive as many Cars as I liked. Their lounge has a Vending Machine, to which customers can help themselves to Pop, Water, etc! They have got a very lucrative office. I highly encourage and recommend you to go visit this store.

This review is a couple of weeks late but I have to say that the team at LA Mazda are truly professional and customer service oriented! My car started showing trouble as I was driving towards the airport. It was too far to drive back to Sherwood Park Mazda so I went to LA Mazda instead. Their team took such good care of me, ensured that the parts for my car would be available and they could have my car ready for the next day. They also drove me to my destination on time so I wouldn't miss my event. I would specifically like to commend the ladies in the service department...I don't remember their name but they definitely went above and beyond for me! And their facility is so clean, welcoming and comforting...you could sit there for hours. I usually go to Park Mazda for my car service (even though their service is TERRIBLE) because of convenience but after my experience with LA Mazda I will drive the extra 40 min!
