I have been going for over a year and have had a great experience. I make appts and suggest that everyone else do the same otherwise it puts more pressure of the staff when they are with long time clients.

All of the women in our office go here. Amy is fantastic (amazing job with eyelashes) and their work doing mani's & pedi's is great. Occasionally 3 of us go together for our break and they always make time for us.

I booked appointments a week in advance for my mother and I to have mani-pedis. When we got there, they only had one person available for the two of us, despite us booking the appoinment for two. So the girl started on my pedicure while, mother sat and waited for over 45 mins for someone else to become available for her pedicure. Then someone else walked in for an impromtu mani pedi, likely one if their regular customers. After making my mother wait well over her scheduled appointment time, instead of having one person do my mother's mani and another do her pedi, they put 2 girls on the new
Walk-in person. Worst customer service I have experienced at a salon in a while and will never go back!

I really appreciate the quality of work that the girls at Lavi Nails can do, however, making an appointment with this establishment has no weight whatsoever. It doesn't matter how busy they are or aren't, they are NEVER on time. This has been my experience every time I have been to them. They sometimes don't even bother saying hello and have no remorse for making you wait. Most recently, I had an appointment for 4pm and I even let them know ahead of time that it's crucial that the appointment is not late because I have to be somewhere. Once again, I'm left waiting for a half hour. It's okay to come when you have all the time in the world, but even then I don't want to wait up to an hour when I've BOOKED an appointment.
